Once the site personnel is created, it is necessary to associate the personnel with the User.

 

Go to the ‘users’ tab in the side panel under ‘Management’

 

 

Select the user you want to associate with the personnel from the list, then click on it and press the ‘Edit’ button on the right.

 

When you enter the Edit User panel, type the name of the person in the ‘Medical Personnel’  field of the person you want to associate with and press the ‘Associate’ button.

 

 

Next, select ‘Confirm’ at the bottom of the user edit panel.

To ensure that the entire process is completed correctly, hover over the text Hyggio in the upper left corner or log off and log on again.
